Lumpy Space Princess MAKEUP TUTORIAL : HIJAB COSPLAY

Heya Earth People !!  It's me ,Lumpy Space Princess  <3 This is my real form in real life .  *joke joke*  I mean this would be LSP in human form with hijab.

 I have seen many positive reaction from my social media acc, that some of ADVENTURE TIME fan acc noticed me cosplay as LSP . I'm so happy !!

For this special cosplay edition , this is my 1st CARTOON NETWORK character that I cosplay aside from my other anime cosplay. Since LSP is a simple design character,I take this chance to improve my makeup skills..which I never self paint my own face with any face paint colour before.

I used all what I have , since I got purple lens,and pastel purple cardigan and blanket,so why not ?

PROPS : Make your own head charm / Yellow coloured Star . You can make one from Microsoft Office and design it to fit on your forehead. or just google it and print it . Then cut ,glue it on cardboard . cut it again and.. done. lol . to make it stick on your forehead,use white double sided tape. Later you can stick it once you done with your makeup .

MAKEUP PREPARATION

FOR FACE PAINT DIY RECIPE : makeup foundation/bbcream , white foundation/face paint/flour ,purple food colouring

makeup foundation + 1 drop of purple food colouring + white foundation
flour +  purple food colouring + bbcream

make sure your purple is as close as pastel purple like LSP . (don't worry if its not as bright as the LSP colour , you can fix it later with pat more purple eyeshadow with beauty blender on face.
 or simply use camera beauty filter . (lol)

after done with setting your diy purple face paint, start makeup as usual , if you need base makeup like fix the imperfection on your face like scars or pimples,try cover it first with one layer of basic makeup.before start putting purple face paint.
If your purple face paint isn't work with the color on your skin, you can fix it using a slight mix of purple and pink eyeshadow / blusher with beauty blender or blusher brush.

For eyebrows,it's up to you . To make it thin, or follow with your natural eyebrow shape, what color ..or what design you can do with your own creative hand. lol  as long as it still fit in LSP personality.

In my view , if she is a human ver of LSP , her face might have a mixture of cute&sassy look . At least I'm giving her a sparkling shiny diamond eyebrows , which everyone will know where is she coming from ..

As for her eyes,giving a cute look which everyone might fall in love with her for the 1st sight ,Purple  c.lens , and fake eyelashes and bottom eyelashes .  Make it more like anime eyes makeup look. lil bit of black eyeliner on . various purple shade eyeshadow on the eyes,

Dark purple eyeshadow for face/nose shading. For highlight, I pick shimmer white pink tone (pink shimmer eyeshadow) . use it for high light your nose,upper lips? , chin,browbone,cheekbone. you can put white shimmer eyeliner for inner corner of your eyes.

For lips , Use your clear lip balm for moisture ( so giving you like lip gloss effect ? ) .
Start with apply pastel purple lip liner / gel liner on your lips. make it full on your lips , shape it depends on your liking for your LSP look.

I'm sorry lips colour is not obvious here. T^T

On under lip part, I use silver purple eyeshadow and blend it on . Upper part, creating gradient inner part using black eyeshadow,and dark purple eyeshadow . for corner lips part,line it with black eyeshadow .
 Final part, blend more purple eyeshadow on beauty blender,and blend it more on face to make it smooth your purple skin colour . And finish it with loose powder.

for stars on my face,I use temporary silver skin tatoo stickers . to make it more obvious looking as a princess from the space.

 Put on your head charm STAR on forehead as a final step.

And... now You are a REAL LIFE LUMPY SPACE PRINCESS !

Remember,its all up to your creativity for your LSP makeup look. I only get this makeup look inspired with decora ,gyaru, &cosplay makeup inspired .

Review: APRIL SKIN MAGIC CUSHION

Helo ~ New product in da house yo!!

If you are a simple person about cosmetics and makeup then you must to read this post entry ,cuz Imma really love this product .

Have you ever tried bbcushion before ? or something we called foundation like bbcream,cc cream,like any kind of foundation and texture in every different size&packing style ?? stick (solid),cream(liquid),or mousse type ?? But doesn't fit your colour and face condition ? and you really need a good coverage too ? But another problem is 'time' to do your makeup ,like you need to apply concealer and such ?

Here is the amazing product that I would like to share for my readers,cuz you are mostly no need for concealer,and kinda 'TOUCH AND GO' .

APRIL SKIN MAGIC CUSHION is a really hot item in Korea bcuz of the good review and users are really satisfied with the product,not forget the idols and many beauty blogger/vlogger in asia also LOVE this product.Since its a very hot selling product,APRIL SKIN are very limited stocks in S.Korea cuz many users and also got a high demand in asia (for intl shipping).Usually if you buy from online shopping page/website,2 or 3 weeks for your parcel to arrived.It depends on price,or batch order list.If you are in the batch order you probably got a cheaper price,but on waiting list you need to wait for 3 to 4 weeks for your product to arrived. I got mine for RM110 ,on lazada shopping website and arrived less than 7 days !! (thumbs up for LAZADA)

Look for a logo on the back of the packaging box, the gold sticker and its written like the image shown above. It's a real/original product.

Now Let's check out the colour and texture !!! 

 

Grab the sponge and dab on the surface ~ wallaaa ! it's very smooth texture and feels creamy ...yes of course its liquid based foundation cushion type ! lol 

Got scars on my hand,so I will only do on my hand.
dab dab on the scars surfaces !!

See ?! Ok.This is only the 1st layer.

the texture doesn't feel oily at all and if you try to smudge it ?  it doesn't come off easily.Talking about the coverage ,almost perfect coverage if you got scars,acne on your skin.Not oily I would say,but it give you some moisture /glowing effect ,feels like apply matte type of foundation.

BEFORE AND AFTER APPLY .SEE THE DIFFERENCE.THIS IS THE FIRST LAYERED.IF YOU APPLY FOR 2 OR 3 TIMES YOU WILL GET THE PERFECT COVERAGE.IT GIVES YOU A BIT BRIGHTENING EFFECT ON YOUR SKIN TOO !!

Good thing that if you have to go outdoor for a long time outside there,this would be perfect for you.maybe like a wedding event,outdoor event,cosplay event ?? hehe
Got good coverage,good sun protection SPF 50+/PA+++ ,and also water proof !!Even its a bit pricey but worth for you to try~
