Short Life Update !



Hewwoo ~~~ If you came from Instagram and have seen my ig story update ,yes !! 

I've gain weight about 6.5kg which is not a good news to me as I'm about 165cm height.
Ideal BMI is 48kg for my height.I used to be around 45-48kg but now I'm 51.5kg which explained all this time what I felt is real,since my pants are giri2 fit each time a wear it. ughghghgghghhhhhh

How do I know I've gain weight ? Ok so yesterday I went for shopping and saw a weight scale and try to give a try to see how much I weight ,But hahaha I want to broke into tears as I see the ticket ahahaha damnnnnnnnn .I've never concern about my weight these few years,last time was like 3 or 4years ago ! I knew I'm this fat ahahaha
I'm sad ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Don't tell me I'm thin ahahaha cause I know how I feel about my body,I have chubby cheeks but that's ok ,just the bottom part is no no . 

Ok For this time being ,I will quit eating fastfood ,coke,candies and everything sweet ,salty and oily ,also chips. I've been eating all this unhealthy food since last year start with Kanna Kamui cosplay ahahahhahaha very into character! Few of my cosplay characters are gluttony. :'D 

Diet food plan?
Not much exercise but eat something healthy and plain and drink more water.
I might try Banana Diet and drink ginger tea (i know it taste like sting your tongue) but worth to try and I will suffer a bit ahaha not drastic change but slowly eat healthy and more veggies~ 


Let's start eat healthy food and ..ermm. Diet. and... a bit of exercise on tummy part hahahaha. 
Ok Please Wish me luck on losing some weight !!

  1. Honestly I'm 166cm and my weight is 51,6 kg I see a doctor (because I have health problem) and the doctor say to me BMI is perfect for my weight. I don't know if asian have another calcul but I try on my programm with your weight and height and the result is "Body mass index: 18.9 normal corpulence".

    But eat a lot of sugar and fastfood is not good for health it's a good choice to stop it, not for loose weight only. When you eat to much sugar you can disrupt your endocrine system because of too much insulin. Personnaly I stop sugar One year ago, It's hard I love so much lollipop, cake and cookies. But we get used to eating better ^^

    I think you are perfect like you are, but if you don't love you like this it's okay make a diet, it's your body and the most important think it's love yourself, i wish you good luck :).
    I have some experience about diet (When I'm 16 years old my weight was 80kg) I make diet when I was 19 years old and I lose a lot of kg (Me I loose my chubby cheek when i loose weight *cry cry* T_T) the best secret is : EAT all in a moderate quantity. (You can eat fastfood one time by month it's okay, trust me ^^ but don't drink soda it's a looooot of sugar I just one glass ^^ if you wish soda just take a sip. And it's okay eat a cookies or something like that once a week).

    Use diet with a only one ingredient it's not good for body, because if you private too much your body when you eat again normaly you can gain more and more kg than before. The best think is : the middle.

    You can use apply "Myfitnesspal" it's a calorie counter and it's vey very helpfull :).
